Hi! I’m an energetic, non-judgmental, and empowering therapist. I know that therapy can be difficult and uncomfortable at times and my goal is to encourage and challenge you, as it is in these times that the best work is done! I have experience in multiple settings and utilize various techniques based on your needs including CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I can help you improve many areas of your life including improving self-esteem, working through past hurts, managing stress, and identifying unhealthy patterns or negative ways of thinking to move toward a healthy and happy life.
