Hello! I'm so glad you are here! If you’re looking for a therapist who is down to earth and genuinely wants to collaborate with you on your journey, then you are at the right place. I believe each client is the expert on their life and strive to create a safe space to navigate the challenges and successes that life brings. I specialize in mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, communication, gender identity, grief and major life-transitions. I also specialize in perinatal and postpartum depression, transitioning from partners to parents and family dynamics.
I use a range of modalities (different therapy types) to provide evidence based care that is culturally competent and trauma informed.

I am LGBTQIA+, and gender affirming, and sex/kink positive. I acknowledge and value all types of diversity including ethnicity, race, size, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and abilities.
