I believe sometimes all we need is for someone to listen to us without judging to help find our answers. In my sessions, the client is completely involved in determining the course of therapy. We will work together to see if we can begin to identify the problem and what you might like to do about the problem. We will explore how we will know when this has been accomplished and how often we will meet together. You, as a client, are completely involved in determining treatment for your own life.

I am a Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been working professionally in private practice for 21 years. I have a Master's degree in Education, Guidance and Counseling from Whitworth University and a Bachelor of Arts from Seattle Pacific University. I am experienced and trained in trauma reprocessing, cognitive rehabilitation, anxiety and mood disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, and faith development.
