I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in Louisiana and Texas. I have over 10 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients. I meet the client where they are in their journey through life and help bring them to the next level. I have a cognitive behavior approach with a background in addiction, work stress, divorce, parenting, anger management, grief, trauma and relationship issues.
I help people through life's hiccups. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity and compassion but I will not sugar coat what you're going through. I am not a yes person. I help you move through what's happening so you can be better prepared for the next step in your life. I may meet you where you are but I won't leave you there.
