I believe in treating the whole person from an integrative holistic perspective. My therapeutic approach is individualized to the client. My priority is establishing a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental relationship with my clients and resolving old patterns that contribute to problems that won’t go away. I enjoy working with adults seeking help with life stressors. And mental health issues such as addiction, parenting, emotional issues, bipolar, depression and anxiety, grief/ loss, Trauma/PTSD, Spirituality, Self-esteem and self-confidence problems, Codependency, and women’s issues. My approach is client-centered, using evidence-based practices primarily (CBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, Attachment, and trauma-focused EMDR. It’s essential to meet people where they are at with compassion and a nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help you gain perspective, decrease stress with healthy coping skills, resolve trauma and heal from the past. I want to help you achieve mental wellness by empowering you with tools to live a healthier, happier life.
