Hello, I'm Mari. Do you every feel that the world is against you? That no matter what you do, it is never enough? Or think, why does this happen to me? I help men, women, and children work through different struggles of life, such as, school, work, and relationships. I am an LCSW specializing in cognitive behavior therapy to work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and addiction. I help individuals gain a sense of control of their thoughts, their feelings and emotions; and bring them to a world of empowerment and strength to overcome many of lifes difficulties. Together, we get through the storm. I enjoy praticing mindfulness and art therapy, along with conversations and listening to memories to identify the causes of your struggles. I always say, everyone needs a therapist! Everyone experiences life! Getting through life is about the relationships we build and the most important one is the one with yourself because YOU ARE IMPORTANT and YOU MATTER!
