With over 10 years of experience, I value using effective evidence-based practices to help you heal and get relief as quickly and effectively as possible. With my vast experience in residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs and private practice, I am no stranger to helping budge and improve severe and complex issues. Using caring with honesty and directness, I aim to help you reach your goals so you can focus on living!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and received my clinical training at the University of Central Florida’s Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy master’s program. Since 2011 I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients including @ the UCF Marriage and Family Research Institute, owning a private practice, acute and residential hospitals; training includes Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, am certified in DBT, CBT, and various other interventions to treat the spectrum of Trauma, Anxiety and Impulse Control disorders. I also enjoy working with SCD and high functioning ASD clients, adolescents, personality disorders and working families. I am a proud daughter and sister of military members and always feel honored to work with veterans and the military. I am a qualified mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy supervisor, registered with the state of Florida, and has been offering clinical supervision and consultation to a number of counseling interns since 2016.
