I am licensed in Louisiana and Alabama with 35 years of professional work experience. Most of my experience is with children, adolescents, teachers, parents and families. I helped multi-cultural populations with depression, anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, life transitions and relationships. I believe you are the author of your own story and that you are born with a lot of strengths to assist you in overcoming challenges.
