Hello! My name is Mariced Perez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a Social Worker since 2012 and have worked in adoptions, mental health, and healthcare settings (including rehabilitation, trauma, oncology, and geriatrics).

Therapy can look very different from client to client but empathy and a safe space should always be key elements. My approach to therapy is interactive and client centered. Using a strengths-based approach, I can guide you in identifying strengths so we can work together to develop a treatment plan that will reinforce positive thinking and goal building. One of my favorite therapy approaches is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This form of therapy will allow us to work together to make connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I am here to support you by helping you develop mindfulness, stress tolerance, and emotion regulation. Let's work together to get you to a better place.
