I am licensed in California with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping individuals and families with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief/loss and parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I have extensive training and experience teaching young adults and parents, about attachment and parenting styles. I assist couples and parents work through family conflict and understand where it stems from. Knowing and processing past family dynamics can help decipher and break cycles that are passed down from generations. Negative behavior patterns, can create toxic relationships with peers, parents and partners.

I help parents instill positive discipline to foster safety, love and understanding. These are the building blocks in helping children achieve emotional intelligence. This also helps them become well-rounded young adults who can auto-discipline and be supportive parents to future generations.
