Is it difficult for you to identify and recognize your positive qualities? Are you under the impression most things that are going wrong, are your fault, and therefore you assume responsibility for them? Are you constantly having the same thoughts and fears about future situations? I empower children and adults by providing psychoeducation and coping skills to overcome ADHD, anxiety, and depression symptoms and how all three can be connected. I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play/Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma therapy in my practice.
