It is not always easy to reach out and ask for help with areas of our lives we feel we need support with. Sharing details of our personal lives can leave us feeling vulnerable. I appreciate you trusting me to be a part of your journey and together we can develop the skills needed to manage the issues and challenges you may be facing. For over five years, I have provided direct clinical services and diagnostic evaluations to adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, phase of life issues and grief. I also work with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their relationships.
