I believe the most important part of therapy is to meet people where they are at. We are all on our own journey and moving at our own pace. Therapy is about learning to understand ourselves and within that understanding we find acceptance. Amazing new things happen when we can see things from a different perspective. I'm thankful every day that I'm allowed to take this journey with you. I focus on strategies to manage stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and any life transition. I provide a mix of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-focused, and Mindfulness-based strategies to assist you in achieving your goals as quickly as possible. My style is upfront and goal-oriented.
