Marianne Nemri is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Marianne received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Montclair State University, New Jersey. Shortly after, Marianne continued her education at Montclair State University and received her Master of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in Addictions. Marianne previously worked at an intensive outpatient facility that provided counseling for addictions. Previously, Marianne in New Jersey where she served as a therapist in the Addiction Services Program. During her time there, Marianne provided individual counseling (adolescent & adults), group counseling, family, and couples counseling primarily focused on individuals in the criminal justice system. Marianne collaborated with local law enforcement to devise individual treatment plans by using the latest best practices to deliver the best possible treatment. Currently, Marianne works at a police department in Texas provided crisis intervention services and teaches resiliency for officers. Marianne specializes in providing a safe and confidential space where law enforcement professionals can process the psychological and emotional toll that comes with their demanding roles. Marianne supports veterans through their transition to civilian life, addressing issues related to PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. Her ultimate goal is to foster resilience and empowers her clients to overcome obstacles and improve their overall well-being. Having collaborated with numerous law enforcement agencies and veteran support organizations, Marianne deeply understands the unique culture, challenges, and strengths of these exceptional individuals. Marianne's approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and non-judgment, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.
