I not only want to support and empower my clients, but also to facilitate change that makes my clients’ lives tangibly better. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. Our sessions will create realistic goals by breaking down bigger issues into smaller chunks, to help create change one step at a time. Everything I do is routed in a Solution Focused approach.
