My name is Mariana Rodriguez, it's nice to meet you! I am a LMFT in California with 13 years of professional work experience. I have worked with children, teenagers, young adults and adults. I have experience in helping clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety, struggle with motivation, self esteem, and confidence, as well as coping with life changes and changes. I am a strong believer in self compassion and mindfulness. I respect the pace of my client and believe in a collaborative approach. I also believe that YOU are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that are currently challenging you.
