Practicing for nearly 10 years in various psychiatric inpatient and outpatient settings, I specialize in treating adults ages 18-40, particularly with addressing phase-of-life and existential crises, career and college counseling, depression, anxiety, and "little t" and "big T" traumas; helping clients to overcome engrained patterns to rebuild and express their truest self. I implement a psychoanalytic, neurobiological approach. We'll dive deep using a variety of psychotherapeutic styles; integrating intensive trauma-based therapies (TF-CBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing) with classical Freudian and Jungian psychoanalytic techniques (TFP, Dream Analysis, Free Association), helping open the door for you to explore and evolve to new heights.
