Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, and have been working in a community mental health setting for over 7 years. I have experience working with clients struggling with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, as well as parenting and communication issues. My approach includes a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral, client centered, and solution focused therapy.

My counseling style is compassionate and nonjudgmental. I keep an open mind and want anyone I'm working with to feel safe in bringing their concerns to me. I believe that each person is different, so I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to suit your particular needs.
