I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Texas with over 3 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and trauma.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.I believe to really understand a person, you must hear their story. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, attachment centered, client-centered, and faith-based approaches. I will plan your treatment and our time together to meet your unique and specific needs.
