I have 5 years’ experience working with children from three years old to adulthood with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma due to a recent loss or big life change. In my session, I provide education on symptoms, relaxation and coping skills, and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to help you cope with stressful situations.
