I have over four years' experience working with individuals, couples and youth. I am also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. My passion is to work with people who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, bereavement and relationship problems. I believe that every person has the power to grow, heal and build genuine and loving relationships. I want to help the client set the stage to go ahead and become what they want to be, and help them fulfill their full potential. It takes courage to enter our deepest wounds and I would be honored to walk with you on this journey.
