I completed my Bachelor's in Psychology at Le Moyne College and my Master's in Mental Health Counseling through SUNY Oswego. I have experience working with clients ranging from children to older adults in outpatient and school-based settings. I look forward to helping you begin your journey to improving your mental health and making it a positive experience along the way. What is your approach to therapy? I recognize that everyone lives a different life with their own set of challenges and experiences that impact their mental health and perspective. Because of that, I use a person-centered approach meeting people where they are at in life and assisting them along the way through their difficulties and stressors. We will work to identify individual strengths and personalized coping techniques that can be used easily and effectively in real-life situations. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is for clients to feel heard, understood, and prepared to face their daily lives with a renewed sense of confidence in themselves. Together, we will foster resilience, build independence, and explore and develop healthy ways of coping based on individual needs and preferences.
