I want to help you unstuck yourself by working on those negative thought patterns, self-doubt, and past negative experiences that have brought you to this point. You are here now. You’re showing up for yourself. You’re taking the first step. As your therapist, I will hold a safe place for you to work on those obstacles that are holding you back in order to help you unleash your truest potential and live the life that you’ve always wanted; feeling free and not letting those chains of anxiety, depression, past relationships, and self doubt get in your way. I specialize in working with young adults struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, relationship problems and life transitions.
