Life has a way of making you feel out of control, anxious, depressed and/or overwhelmed due to unavoidable life experiences. Therapy can help you process what is going on to help you make decisions, goals, and/or changes that are beneficial to you and your needs. It is a place to share intimate details in a confidential and nonjudgmental environment as we work together to explore ideas, needs, stressors, and fears all the while identifying your strengths to help manage what life has thrown your way. I enjoy getting to know my client’s story and building on their strengths. I have handled a variety of situations, transitions, relational problems, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, risk taking, self esteem and communications over the 20 plus years since becoming a social worker.
