I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with more than half a decade of experience working with youth, adults and older adults in both English and Spanish. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University of Fullerton, with a specialization in community mental health. I currently work with individuals and families navigating issues including anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, relationships, grief and loss and trauma. My style is explorative, collaborative, reflective and nonjudgmental. I look forward to meeting with you and actively working on achieving your goals!
