Life can be filled with many adversities however; these challenges do not need to be faced alone. In fact, having a supportive, non-judgmental individual in your life who serves as a vessel to help navigate stressors can have remarkable transformational power. I work with all walks of life including toddlers, children, teens, adults, and families of diverse backgrounds struggling with anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, PTSD, substance abuse and grief. Additionally, I have helped clients process and create meaning of complex traumatic experiences, and I speak Spanish.
