Hello, my name is Maria Guerrero, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and depression. My approach My approach is client-centered, I will meet you where you are at and work collaboratively to achieve your goals. I believe it is essential to have trusting therapeutic relationship in order to have positive outcomes. My focus I am available to work with adults and children 15 years and older. Based on my experience and background, I am able to work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and depression. My communication style I work with clients from a humanistic approach, which allows me to build a rewarding therapeutic relationship. I encourage clients to communicate freely about their feelings and thoughts in regard to the treatment. My journey to mental healthcare I enjoy my profession for many reasons. I feel rewarded every time a client achieves a goal and/or finds out something marvelous about themselves. I am passionate about what I do and all the positives it brings to my clients and myself.
