Thanks for taking time out to choose your counselor carefully. It is an important step in finding someone who will walk alongside you and help you navigate new and sometimes dark territory. I have been providing counseling for 10 years specializing in severe psychiatric disorders such as Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and severe Depression and Anxiety. I also have lots of experience working with substance use disorders. In addition to chronic and severe issues, I also work with clients who find themselves in new stages of life such as dating after divorce, career concerns or any other significant life stage. I help couples work through new and ongoing challenges and help improve communication. I am truly person-centered meaning your values, experiences and goals will be at the forefront of our sessions.
