I am licensed in California with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, intimacy related issues, eating disorders, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My style is warm, direct, and compassionate. I provide a comforting, nurturing space for you to express yourself and to discover your healing wisdom within. With humor and warmth, I work to create an environment that allows you to visualize and explore your best possible self, a place to be yourself with no judgements or expectations on my part. In this environment, you are allowed to develop your authentic self and thereby heal, strengthen, and grow. I have practiced yoga, meditation, painting as a spiritual practice, Eastern philosophies, Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness for over 30 years. I currently live on Maui.
