I am a LMHC and LCPC licensed in Florida and in Maine. I have over 18 years of experience working as a therapist and a life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse.
I have specialized in working with individuals interested in transformative experience that goes beyond symptoms. My work is unique because I use a mind/body/spiritual approach. My holistic style includes: Psychodynamic (to target core issues), Somatic (body-oriented), Meditative (Mindful) practices, Life Coaching and HMR (Holographic Memory Resolution- and hypnosis techniques). In some cases, I combine cognitive- behavioral, humanistic and post-modern approaches. My understanding of the interrelationship between mind, body and spirit allows for healing all areas of someone’s life. My style is warm, interactive and direct to the point. I will guide you to navigate towards the life you prefer to be living.
