Welcome! Life is a journey and sometimes we just feel stuck. We encounter stress with work, relationships, children, school and we are not sure what will help. I can teach you tools to help navigate through life’s stressors so it does not feel so overwhelming. I believe therapy is a safe and trusted relationship that can help you identify the changes that will allow you to grow emotionally and spiritually. Therapy should be individualized for each client’s needs. I use a variety of approaches to facilitate change including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, and solution focused. I feel I am not judgmental, with a warm, yet direct approach. I will focus on correcting negative or harmful thought patterns to help you make positive changes in your life. I have worked as an educator, school counselor, adult substance abuse, and many other backgrounds and ages. I am LGBTQ+ supportive. We all face challenges in our life that are difficult to cope with and you do not have to face it alone. Choose to invest in yourself and let me help you start living out your fullest potential.
