I have been working as a LMFT for over 25 years. In that time, I have been privileged to get to know a great diversity of people and grow with them as we navigate this sometimes-crazy life. It is amazing what happens to people and what people can overcome. It is also my passion to help people who are struggling or just not living at the level of contentment they would like. After all that we have been through in the past couple of years and now in this age of teletherapy, we don’t have to settle on just getting by. I know there is opportunity to make it better. I want to go on a journey of growth with you. My area of specialties include: anxiety, life transitions, trauma, adolescents, parenting, depression and issues surrounding raising a special needs child. I use a client centered and cognitive behavioral approach. I believe that we are not all the same and your therapy has to fit you. I will work collaboratively with you to help find that fit. There is a way to feel better and live life more fully. Being in this field for as long as I have, I have gained experience, both personally and professionally with the highs and lows life can send us. I love supporting people on their journey and providing assistance in this amazing process.
