Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I also have my certification as a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional. I joined this field simply because I want to help others. I believe in empowering and encouraging individuals to be the best version of themselves possible. In one way or another I have been in the mental health field for seven years. I obtained my Masters of Arts at Indiana University of PA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working in domestic violence shelters, state prisons, crisis services, and outpatient therapy. I have worked with a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mood disorders. I am also familiar working with adults, adolescents, teens, and children from a wide variety of backgrounds.
I do not believe one approach fits all when it comes to counseling. I adapt my methods to meet each client individually. I find myself most often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focus, Reality, and Person-Center.

**I should note that I am currently unable to work with any client that is experiencing pregnancy concerns, issues with children, and/or grieving.**
