About

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker out of Boston, MA. I have worked in the field for 10 years and focused on therapy for the last 7 years. My experience has been around individuals with complex trauma needs including depression, anxiety and attachment issues. My hope is to collaborate with you in order to identify goals and areas that you would like support in your life.

In my practice I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and other evidence-based techniques to assist in self-reflection and building coping skills. I aim to create a safe space where one can work to develop self-care and begin their path towards healing.
