Therapy can be viewed as a place where one begins the journey to self-discovery. Providing thoughtful guidance and assistance to individuals in order to develop the lives they desire. In the work that I do, I hold value in providing a safe environment while embracing personal and cultural values of the individual. I have worked with a wide range of issues: trauma, depression, anxiety, and life changing moments, to name a few. My treatment modalities include cognitive behavior therapy, solution focus and humanistic approach.
