I have been in private practice for over 20 years. My focus is on helping couples and adult individuals manage their relationships with themselves and others. I enjoy teaching communication skills and exploring self awareness to improve the relationships with the people around you. Often times you may feel like a victim in your own life. You may feel out of control. Maybe you aren’t living the life you want, doing the job you love, being the way you want to be with yourself or your partner, or you aren’t the best parent you know you can be. Maybe you can’t change your circumstance but you can change your mind. Maybe you can change your circumstance but aren’t sure how.

My goal is to help you see your strengths and build upon them while finding compassion and understanding for your weaknesses, to then be able to improve upon them. Life is hard. Life is MOSTLY hard. And finding the right coping skills to get through the hard times to find the joy in life is my greatest desire for the people in this world. It isn’t always easy to ask for help but once you do you don’t feel alone anymore. You are the expert on you and your life and I have skills that can help you take back your joy and your life.
