Hi there, I am Margarita Gaining and maintaining the balance, peace, mental and emotional stability are not easy goals to achieve. We all go through difficult times in our lives, which negatively affect the way we think, feel and act, affecting in turn the people around us. As counselor, I help people to move forward and overcome situations where mental and emotional health has been compromised, promoting harmony and balance, and training them with the necessary tools for future challenges. I believe that Integral health is achieved when there is a balance between physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social factors, which allow adequate growth and development in all stages of life. For this reason, I offer a mental health counseling service with a humanistic and holistic vision in a peaceful and safe environment. I am here to help.
