I believe everyone is entitled to a happy and healthy life. At times, there are things that stand in the way of achieving that goal. Therapy is an essential tool in addressing any number of topics that can cause distress such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. I believe that working together, we can identify problems, create solutions, and map out a more meaningful existence. I work with clients to manage symptoms and address core issues. I have work in the fields of substance abuse, trauma, and anxiety/depression. A client can expect a present, warm, caring, and educated therapist in our sessions.
