About
My therapeutic approach offers a safe place to cultivate curiosity about who you are and how you interact in the world. We will explore both the good and harmful stories from your past and present in order to understand how you are interacting in the world today, which can affect your quality of life and relationships. We will examine what is not working well for you and will then focus on helping you learn and practice new skills to help bring about changes you are seeking. I believe in valuing the uniqueness of each person’s experience, which involves treating you with respect, consideration and compassion.
There are times in life when we can feel stuck and it can be challenging to get unstuck without the right kind of support. Through therapy, I will offer you a place to gain insight into what is getting in the way of you having the life that you want and deserve. I would love the opportunity to work with you in identifying and implementing the changes you have always desired but never thought possible. I am here to support and guide you through this process, which will be through making observations, interpretations and recommendations when appropriate. I use a variety of approaches when working with clients, but I use a client centered and collaborative model.
