Hi. Life can be hard. I am here to help.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 19 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and much of my practice has revolved around couples counseling and working with post-combat military veterans and military sexual trauma.

As for the way I work - expect to be approached with a compassionate and non-judgmental stance. We all struggle sometimes and asking for help matters. My training has been expansive and has focused on cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and emotionally focused therapy for couples. I get that we are all different and you'll never feel like your just a number or that this is about a transaction.
