I prioritize each of my clients with a holistic focus to help them on their path to wellness and personal improvement. I believe you have the potential to live a more satisfying life with the right supports and tools in place; one of which being an effective and trustworthy counselor to help guide you through the struggles you face and implement effective strategies in order to feel your best. I create a safe space for us so that you can feel comfortable sharing your story and allow me to join you on your journey to improved well-being.

I am an independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation in the State of Ohio with seven years of clinical work covering a wide range of mental health issues. I have worked in hospital settings in addition to private practices and my own business and have continuing education in many areas of holistic wellness so that we can look at all areas of your life working together.

I typically work with adults with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and couples, health and wellness issues, career coaching, and overall self improvement. I am open to any issue you may be struggling with and will help refer to another professional if outside my scope of work.
