Hi! Ok, necessary data: I am licensed in Washington and Colorado. I have extensive experience working with addictions (chemical and process, like shopping and video games) as well as anger, depression, anxiety, and general life dissatisfaction. I am also trained in EMDR which is incredibly effective in helping to resolve traumatic “stuck points” which sometimes happen. I am in love with helping people figure out different and more effective ways to handle life’s messes and challenges.

I am not your typical therapist. There, I said it. I laugh a lot, and clients usually laugh with me. My style emphasizes reality and I will tell you the truth because until we face what is real, it’s awfully hard to make changes.
