I am licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, with more than 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, abuse, and coping with grief and loss. I also have experience working with clients to improve motivation, self esteem, and self confidence. I am also part of the Faithful Counseling division of counselors through Find A Therapist. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek help toward a more healthy and fulfilled life, and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support and encourage you in that journey.
