Margaret O'Connell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience as both a Social Worker and Classroom Teacher. She has worked with children from infancy to age five, ages six to ten as well as adults. She is a relationship based therapist with extensive experience helping people find the power within relationships as they navigate: Developmental Disabilities, Challenging Behaviors, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Foster care and Adoption. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities including: Psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, Trauma informed approaches, Evidence based Attachment Therapy, Play Therapy, Sensory Integration tools, Sand tray/Sand play Therapy and Behavioral Approaches. She is a Certified Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator.
