As a seasoned licensed clinician with over 20 years experience, my therapeutic approach is primarily focused on your strengths. Whatever the challenges you're experiencing, you possess inner-strength to help you overcome those challenges. I would like to assist you in developing greater insight into yourself as you enjoy the therapeutic process and overcome life’s obstacles. My expectation during therapy is to develop trust, fostering positivity and an open line of communication.

I am well versed in various therapeutic techniques, such as solution focused, cognitive-behavioral, motivational and mindfulness based therapy. I also have extensive experience in psychodynamic and behavioral approaches. My experience with a variety of populations, such as adults, children, and families along all racial lines has contributed to my therapeutic success.
