I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington State with 18 years of professional experience. I believe it is the client who decides the therapeutic path and as in life, no two people will experience the same path in therapy. Every client’s treatment is designed for them based on their needs and place in life. I utilize different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Techniques, Strength-Based and Narrative to help each client build on their strengths, strategies and build a healthy path forward.
I enjoy being a guide to my clients, watching them grow and learn new things while facing their challenges head-on and obtaining their personal goals. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and career difficulties.
