I am a client-focused counseling professional licensed in Wisconsin with over 20 years of experience working as an educator, counselor, child specialist, and life coach. I have worked with individuals of all ages, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, stress, grief, OCD and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma as well as mental, emotional and sexual abuse.

I counsel with warmth and compassion, in order to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship based on respect. My counseling modalities include demonstrated performance in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, trauma counseling, domestic violence counseling, family therapy, child advocacy in divorce, mediation, and couples therapy. Together, we will develop goals and a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
