I am a professional counselor licensed in Alabama with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of cultures, races, sexual identity and ethnical backgrounds. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief, sexual issues, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma and/or emotional abuse.

As an experienced counselor, I provide a variety of therapeutic interventions in a safe confidential environment that promotes health and wellness. I tailor treatment planning and services to meet you specific needs. We will work together to establish your goals to meet your needs and overcome adversity
