Hello there!

I am a fully licensed mental health counselor with over 4 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach with people from diverse socioeconomic, religious, cultural, and racial backgrounds. I also have experience with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addiction, and PTSD.

My primary approach is an eclectic blend of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). My approach utilizes an analysis of the unique relationship between us and what gets stirred up in session. I tailor my approach to better fit what the client needs at that moment, always maintaining curiosity, awe, and an eye towards helping the client not only live but thrive. By exploring your unique ways of being, you can achieve an honest and compassionate acceptance of yourself and commit to a life guided by your deepest values.
