I have 16 years of experience educating and supporting individuals and families. As your therapist, I create a safe space for clients to be vulnerable and help them rediscover their strengths by developing a toolbox of empowering strategies. We will establish goals in the beginning so that we have a focus and each session. Each session is tailored to meet your needs to reach the desired outcome of the goals established. What is your approach to therapy? My counseling style emphasizes the establishment of a strong therapeutic relationship that is built on trust, empathy, and non-judgment. Some of my specializations include anxiety and stress management, trauma-informed therapy, depression and mood disorders, relationship and interpersonal issues, and self-esteem and personal growth. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is to help the client achieve their therapeutic goals, which may include improving mental health, resolving emotional difficulties, or just coping with challenging life situations.
